The ROAR Founding Circle Agreement

Please read this before you take your seat. By ticking the agreement box or completing your purchase at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted this Agreement. Your name, email address, the option you chose and the date of purchase are recorded with your order and form your electronic acceptance.

This Agreement is between ROAR Wellbeing Limited (Margarita Politis, “the Coach”) and you (“the Client”), and covers the ROAR Founding Circle, a 6-week live group programme running from Monday 2 November to Monday 7 December 2026.

1. What the Founding Circle is

The Founding Circle is a small group coaching and somatic education programme for women recovering from narcissistic abuse and coercive control, limited to 10 members. It includes six weekly live group sessions on Zoom (Mondays, 7pm New Zealand time), with replays of every session available to all members.

Founding bonuses: every member receives access to The Autogenic Reset. The first five members to join also receive one free private RTT Trauma Bond Breaking session (up to 2 hours, on Zoom or in person by arrangement), to be booked and completed by 31 January 2027. Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged.

2. Coaching, not therapy

Coaching is a partnership (an alliance, not a legal business partnership) that supports you to create and carry out your own goals. The Coach follows the ethics and standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

The Founding Circle is coaching and somatic education. It is not medical or mental health treatment and does not diagnose, treat or cure any mental or medical condition. It is not a substitute for counselling, psychotherapy, medical care or other professional advice, and you remain responsible for seeking that care where you need it. If you are under the care of a health professional, we recommend you let them know you are joining.

Sessions may include Somatic Trauma Informed Coaching, Autogenic Training, hypnosis, Brainspotting techniques and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). RTT is a hybrid approach that draws on principles of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and neuroscience. The Coach is a certified RTT practitioner; she is not a registered psychotherapist, psychologist or medical practitioner.

You are solely responsible for your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions and results during and after the programme.

3. Your health and safety

RTT and hypnosis are not suitable for anyone with a history of seizures or epilepsy, or bipolar disorder. You agree to tell the Coach before any RTT or hypnosis session if either applies to you, or if you have any other health condition that could be relevant. If RTT is not suitable for you, you will be offered a different private session in its place.

The Founding Circle is not a crisis service. If you are in danger, call 111 in New Zealand or your local emergency number. Women’s Refuge NZ: 0800 733 843.

4. Fees and payment

The fee is US$497 paid in full at checkout, or US$537 paid as 6 weekly payments of US$89.50, with the first payment taken at checkout and the remaining five charged automatically each week after that. Prices are in US dollars; your bank converts at its own rate.

If you choose the payment plan, you agree to pay the full US$537 even if you stop attending. If a payment fails, the Coach will contact you to resolve it, and access to sessions and replays may be paused until it is paid. If payment is not made and no resolution is reached, the outstanding balance may be referred to a debt collection service. This is a step we would much rather not take.

5. No refunds

Because the Circle is small and every seat is held for you, seats are non-refundable once confirmed. This applies to payments made in full and to the remaining instalments of a payment plan. You are welcome to stop attending at any time, but no refund or reduction applies. Nothing in this Agreement limits any rights you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded.

6. Sessions, replays and missed sessions

Group sessions take place at the scheduled times; if you miss one, you can watch the replay. Missed group sessions are not refunded or repeated. For your private RTT session, please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule; sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.

7. Recordings

Group sessions are recorded so members can watch the replays. Replays are shared only with Founding Circle members. You may keep your camera off and use a first name or initials at any time. The Coach will not share recordings outside the Circle without the written consent of the women who appear in them.

8. Confidentiality

What is shared in the Circle stays in the Circle. You agree not to share, record, screenshot or repeat anything another member shares, including their name, image or story.

The Coach keeps your information confidential in line with the ICF Code of Ethics and the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, and will not share it without your written consent, except where required by law or court order, where there is a reasonable belief of serious risk of harm to you or others, or in relation to illegal activity. The coaching relationship is not legally privileged in the way medical or legal advice is. Topics may be discussed anonymously with other professionals for supervision and professional development.

9. Feedback and testimonials

At the end of the programme you will be invited to give feedback and, if you choose, a testimonial. This is entirely optional, and nothing will be published with your name or story without your written consent.

10. Records

ROAR Wellbeing keeps records relating to your participation (in print or electronic form) for at least 1 year.

11. Limited liability

ROAR Wellbeing makes no guarantee of particular results. To the extent permitted by law, ROAR Wellbeing is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss, and its total liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount you have actually paid.

12. General

Disputes: if a disagreement arises, both parties agree to try to resolve it through good-faith discussion or mediation for up to 30 days after written notice, before taking any other action. Severability: if any part of this Agreement is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Waiver: not enforcing a term at one time does not waive the right to enforce it later. Entire agreement: this Agreement, together with your order details, is the whole agreement for the Founding Circle and may only be changed in writing. Governing law: this Agreement is governed by the laws of New Zealand.
