Your first session is about understanding your unique situation and goals. We’ll discuss your history, current challenges, and begin mapping out a personalized healing journey.

Individual sessions typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on the type of therapy and your specific needs.

Healing is unique to each person. Some clients experience significant shifts in 1-6 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We’ll regularly assess your progress together.  RTT works incredibly fast at healing from the cellular level.

I understand life happens. I request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Absolutely. Your privacy is paramount. All our sessions and communications are completely confidential.

Not at all.  You will be aware, and no one can control you.  Hypnosis is a sleep of your nervous system so you are relaxed.  Just like watching a movie you are fully engaged with, you are still aware.
